In The Passing Light Of Day, het vorige album van de Zweden was een absoluut hoogtepunt in het oeuvre van de band. Afwisseling alom, diepe intense tracks en een geweldig samenspel tussen de stemmen van Daniel en de inmiddels vertrokken gitarist Ragnar Zolberg. Het prachtige Meaningless op dat album was een bewerking van een nummer van Sign, de voormalige band van Ragnar.
