Premiata Forneria Marconi (PFM) is een Italiaanse progressieve rockgroep die in 1970 werd opgericht en tot op heden bestaat. Zij waren de eerste Italiaanse groep die internationaal succes had. De groep nam tussen 1973 en 1977 vijf albums op met Engelse teksten. In die periode kwamen ze zowel in de Britse als de Amerikaanse hitlijsten binnen.

In november 1972 komt Premiata Forneria Marconi op de proppen met Per Un Amico, een album dat niet alleen te boek staat als een commercieel succes, maar ook artistiek een mijlpaal mag worden genoemd.… Read more...
