Konom is een progressieve metal & rockband uit Manchester & Edinburgh (VK). De band heeft een voorgeschiedenis die tot tien jaar terug gaat. Dit debuutalbum klinkt dan ook bijzonder goed.

Prog Archives review: “Their self-titled album absolutely convinced me after the first listen. Because the difference to some other new bands is that “Konom” know exactly what they are doing. If I hadn’t known that this was their first album, I would have thought I was listening to an insanely well-rehearsed band that has surely released its fourth album. Everything sounds as if from one cast. This starts with the strong production, which gives each instrument enough space to unfold in it.
