Art Rock Show – Beyond the Wardrobe (Week 2)

The Samurai of Prog hebben op het eind van vorig jaar een nieuwe plaat uitgebracht. The Samurai Of Prog zijn eigenlijk een trio dat bestaat uit bassist Marco Bernard, drummer Kimmo Pörsti en zanger, violist en fluitist Steve Unruh. De band wordt dan aangevuld door een klein leger van bekende en minder bekende artisten uit de prog wereld..

Prog Archives review: “The multi-national, Finland-based recording project did it again, a marvelous, superbly produced album of first class retro-natured symphonic prog composed and co- performed by excellent prog musicians from various countries including e.g. Argentine, Netherlands, Italy and Japan. Peter Thorp (° 25 May 1944) passed away unexpectedly on Saturday 2 January.
Lead and rhythm guitarist Peter Thorp was the only Roulette to be a member from the very first till the very last day – but he was first and foremost a wonderful person who was always ready to help, who trusted me with personal memorabilia after just meeting twice, who went the extra mile to satisfy my obsession with this iconic band.… Read more...
